Rebecca Shah

Rebecca Shah is passionate about shaping inclusive communities where everyone can dream. She has spent her professional career serving this mission through K-12 education. Rebecca was a co-founder and partner at ILO Group, an education-focused leadership consultancy, and served as a Fellow at Chiefs for Change, leading member support work for their network of district and state education chiefs. She has served as the Chief of Staff at the Tennessee Department of Education, as the Director of Academics Strategy and Performance at the Texas Education Agency, and as a senior associate at a national education nonprofit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, and a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
