Juliet Patterson

Juliet Patterson is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Epicor Software. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources developing high performing teams who operate with agility, and helps to build people-centric cultures that celebrate diversity and inclusion. As Chief HR Officer, she continues to connect, develop and care for Epicor’s more than 4,500 employees. Juliet has her CCP and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. She is proud to be the first member of her family to graduate from college.
