Cassandra Dunning

Cassandra Mosley Dunning, MBA, BA, Director of Strategy and Operations at the Clinical Education Center (CEC) for Ascension Texas. She has contributed over 13 years of healthcare leadership and more than 20 years’ experience in human resources and operations management in a variety of industries, including healthcare, high tech, staffing, communications and oil and gas. She joined Seton Healthcare Family in 2008 as the Employee Resource Center Manager, and was promoted to oversee HR Operations and Employee Benefits. In 2013, she became the HR liaison for the Seton Executive Leadership Team on all HR matters. In 2015, Cassandra took the role as the Director of Strategy and Operations with direct management to the Skills and Simulation Lab. She is responsible for strategic planning, business development and growth of the Clinical Education Center. She also provides facility operational oversight to clinics located within the facility; CyberKnife, Seton Brain and Spine Institute, Wound Care/Burn Clinic, and the Transplant Clinic. As a strategic business partner, Cassandra has the catalyst for innovative initiatives that address today’s business challenges.
